Abstract

This study aims to detect the effectiveness of a program based on volunteer work to development well- being of the teacher student at the Faculty of Early Childhood Education. The Researcher applied the well- being for RYFF (1995). Also prepared a program based on volunteer work to development well- being of the teacher student، and followed in this study quasi- experimental method using the design of one group test (pre, post).and the sample of the study consisted of (40) students from the third year Faculty students Early Childhood Education- Beni Suef University. The results of the study resulted in statistically significant differences in the pre and post measurements in the dimensions of well- being test (self- acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, personal growth, environmental mastery, Purpose in life, total score) For the benefit of the post- application, in addition to there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post and follow- up measuremen in well- being test
