المعوقات التي تواجه المعلمات في برامج صعوبات التعلم في مدينة الرياض من وجهة نظرهن

This research aimed to identify the obstacles that female teachers face in learning disabilities programs in Riyadh from their point of view. In light of the aim of the research, research questions, terminology, and limitations were defined. In order to answer the research questions, The two researchers used the descriptive method and used the questionnaire as the study tool. The research was conducted on a sample of (30) female teachers from all primary, middle, and secondary stages in Riyadh in the first semester of the academic year 1433-1434AH. Among the most prominent results: the presence of obstacles with a high degree among the female teachers related to school administration. The biggest obstacles were the limited information of the school administration about the nature of the work of the learning disabilities teacher. Also, among the major obstacles was the scarcity of training courses that public school female teachers receive in communicating with the learning disabilities female teacher. The results also indicated the presence of obstacles with a high degree among the female teachers related to the roles and responsibilities of the female teacher of female students with learning disabilities and the most important obstacles were to know the differences and similarities between female students with learning disabilities and ordinary female students.
