درجة ممارسة الإدارة الاستراتيجية بكلية التربية الأساسية في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر الطلبة
The purpose of this study is to investigate the degree of practicing strategic management in the basic education college in the state of Kuwait and if there are significant differences in students’ perceptions according to their demographic variables.
The sample of the study consisted of (530) male and female students answered a questionnaire contained (21) items distributed into four domains: SWOT analysis, forming strategy, applying strategy and evaluating strategy. The findings of the study showed that the means ranged between (2.44-2.80) with an average practicing degree as forming strategy domain came first followed by SWOT analysis, applying strategy and finally evaluating strategy. Moreover, there are significant statistical differences attributed to gender in favor of males, and there are significant statistical differences attributed to study units between more than 90 units and less than 30 units and 30-60 units in favor of the first in SWOT analysis and in applying strategy and the total score. Based, on the findings recommendations were presented.
